These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jedah platform ("Service") operated by Twenty Holdings, Inc. ("Twenty Holdings," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use the Service. By signing up you represent that you have this authority.

2. The Service

Jedah is an AI-assisted interview management platform. We provide tools to record and transcribe interviews (with candidate consent), score candidates against rubrics, generate AI-assisted insights, and manage hiring pipeline data. The Service is not intended for consumer use and is licensed to business customers only.

3. Your responsibilities

• Candidate consent: You are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent from candidates before using audio capture or AI analysis features. Jedah provides consent-flow tooling for this purpose but cannot verify that you have complied with applicable law.
• Lawful use: You may not use the Service to discriminate unlawfully, to circumvent employment law, or to process candidate data in jurisdictions where you lack the legal basis to do so.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accurate data: Do not upload or process sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometric identity, financial) beyond what is necessary for lawful hiring.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, models, UI, and documentation, is owned by Twenty Holdings and licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for your internal business use. You retain ownership of your candidate data and all content you upload.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated scores, recommendations, and summaries are tools to assist human reviewers, not final determinations. You are solely responsible for any hiring decisions made using the Service. Twenty Holdings makes no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, unbiased, or fit for any particular purpose.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate order form. We may suspend access for non-payment after 10 days' notice. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to workspace admins.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted (see Privacy Policy).

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWENTY HOLDINGS' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice to workspace admins by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
